I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a U.S. Military Veteran and San Diego State alum with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Sports Performance. My journey in fitness began with a personal transformation—turning unhealthy habits into a lifestyle of strength, balance, and health. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others thrive, drawing on my experience as an elite Olympic Weightlifter and USAW-U20 coach. In 2021, I founded Elevate With J to support women and athletes in reaching their fullest potential. Outside the gym, I enjoy time with my family and giving back to the community that has inspired me.

what are your prices?

This is a bespoke service where you have 24/7 support and guidance from me, prices are completely dependent on each individual.

HOW IS PAYMENT TAKEN? IS PAYMENT UP FRONT OR IS IT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Payment is done through stripe, a highly secure and safe payment system. Payment is automatically taken every 4 weeks from signing up until the agreed commitment terms.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME YOU WOULD RECOMMEND DOING THE ONLINE COACHING?

This completely depends on the client, what their goals are, and their current position. I would personally recommend starting with anywhere between 3-6 months, this is to ensure the very best progress alongside building long-term sustainable habits. There is a minimum commitment period of 3 months, but your journey can last as long as you would like it to.

what should i expect from online coaching?

My clients can expect a fully personalized experience tailored to their journey. I focus on building strong relationships to support them every step of the way in reaching their goals. My approach isn’t just about numbers or rigid goals—it’s about creating sustainable lifestyle changes with enjoyable eating plans and training that are both consistent and fun.

When you join my team, you’ll get access to a guide with diet plans, personalized check-ins to track your progress, and direct support from me throughout your journey.

CAN I TRAIN FROM HOME?

Of course, you can! I can create a plan for your preferred location to fit around your goals and your lifestyle.

IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN TRACK MY PROGRESS AND UPDATE MY MEASUREMENTS?

All progress and measurements are tracked through my app which you will have on your phone. Everything from progress photos to weekly weigh-ins, sleep, menstrual cycle, diet, motivation, water intake etc are tracked, and that way I can monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your goals or your plans.

how often should i exercise?

You decide. You tell us how much time you have for training per week and what your goal is and then we will make a plan so that the training fits into your routine in the best possible way.
